How does SMS billing work?

Professional includes 500 SMS segments per month. Additional SMS usage is billed at $0.04 per segment on your next invoice.

What does it cost to accept online invoice payments?

Online invoice payments are processed through Stripe Connect. A 2.9% + $0.30 processing fee per successful card transaction is deducted from each payment before it's paid out to you. Processing fees aren't returned on refunds.

Can you help migrate data from my current software?

Yes. The Data Migration Add-on is $199 one-time and includes customers, properties, service history, chemical product inventory, and technician records, delivered within 5 business days.

Is chemical tracking included on every plan?

Yes. Chemical tracking is included on both Starter and Professional, alongside the customer portal, recurring automation, and branding.
